It's been a stressful start of the year — been out of town almost every week due to work plus attending to different gatherings during weekends. With all these, I seriously needed a break. Thankfully, I got the chance to use my vouchers last Saturday. I called them a few days earlier to secure a 6pm appointment.
The location is great as it's just behind Avenue Mall along Makati Ave, around 10 minutes drive from my place. I was advised to come ahead of my appointment so I can use their facilities.
I arrived at the Antel Spa Suites around 5pm. The spa is located on the 4th floor of the hotel.

The receptionists were all smiles when I entered the facility. I told them about my 6pm appointment and presented my vouchers. I availed of their Lemon Grass-Sage Salt Scrub (P1500) and Filipino Hilot massage (P1000). I was offered a VIP room for an additional fee but I didn't mind sharing a room with 4 other females. Since I have 2k worth of vouchers, I only paid an additional fee of P500. After filling out the registration form, I was handed my locker key.
They made me choose my preferred oil scent. Since I'd be having a lemon grass scrub, I went with lemongrass oil too for my massage.

The whole process took only less than 5 minutes and then I was ushered into the female locker room.
Sauna and Steam Bath
There was a tv facing the sauna and steam room for added entertainment.
toiletries - toothpaste, toothbrush, cotton buds, etc.

I was lucky enough to enjoy the jacuzzi all to myself with a cup of hot tea. What could be more refreshing than that?
I was followed all throughout by the female attendant — helping me put my things in the locker, taking my clothes to the shower, checking on me from time to time asking if I needed more drinks (drinks are unlimited). For a moment I felt like a Madam. Haha! Does everybody experience this kind of service here or it just happened that I'm the only customer at that time?
I was also able to use the sauna for 10 minutes before I was called in for my scrub session. It was advised that you should use the sauna for up to 15-20 minutes only and should take a cold shower afterwards.
After a quick shower, I changed into my robe and shorts and went to the Amethyst room for my body scrub. It has 3 beds, lazy boys on the corners, toilet, shower and wash bin.

Robe, shorts, towels, and slippers were provided. I changed into the spa slippers and went straight to the shower before plunging in the jacuzzi.

The 60-minute scrub was completed with a hot shower. Then I transferred to the female common room for my 90-minute massage. The common room (forgot the name) has 5 beds. It has the same ambiance like the first room. I was lucky again that I had the room all to myself.

The spa has a sitting lounge where you can relax while watching your favorite TV show.
I requested for another cup of tea and stayed there for a few minutes before I went home.
Will I go back? Definitely. Actually, I bought another set of vouchers for a 60 minute couples massage so my D would get to experience Toccare Spa too.
