Chocolate Chip Cookies Part II
When I baked my first batch of chocolate chip cookies, I set aside some for my family. Guess what? They loved it and my cousin even requested that I bake some for our Christmas Eve celebration in the province.
I only had half a cup butter left since the other half would be used for the brownies I was also baking that day. Same ingredients were used. I just cut them in half.
This time, I took out the cookies from the oven exactly after 7 minutes.

all-purpose flour, semi-sweet chocolate chips, granulated sugar, egg, melted butter, brown sugar, baking soda, glucose, baking powder, vanilla, and salt (not in picture)
The dough smelled so good I wanted to get a spoonful and take it straight to my mouth.
Compared to the previous batch, this one is lighter in color, thicker and chewier.
